DIES IRAE explores contemporary anxieties through the symbols of mythology, religion, literature and art history, connecting the present with the human concerns that have survived across centuries.
Desire. Vanity. Fear. Isolation. Intolerance. The search for meaning. The need to belong.
What appears new is often only an old human conflict wearing a different face.

THE EXHIBITION
DIES IRAE was conceived as a physical exhibition, where the scale of the works, their arrangement in space and the relationship between the paintings were an essential part of the experience.
